PROFESSIONAL BREASTFEEDING SUPPORT

Breastfeeding is something completely natural

And at the same time, it is something that can be learned and supported.

Sometimes it feels intuitive. Sometimes questions, pain, or uncertainties arise. If that is the case, you don't have to deal with it alone. Breastfeeding should feel right, which is why I support you:

professionally grounded

calm

individualized

A secure start for you and your baby

The time around birth is intense. It brings closeness, joy, and connection—but also exhaustion and new responsibilities. In this sensitive phase, perfection is not required, especially not with breastfeeding. Instead, it takes knowledge, experience, and someone who stands by your side with calmness and supports you where it is most helpful for you right now.

As a Registered Nurse HF and internationally recognized IBCLC Lactation Consultant, I provide individual support tailored exactly to your specific situation.

Consultation before & after birth

I offer preparation for a good start to breastfeeding, support during the postpartum period, and assistance with pain or uncertainties.

Tongue tie

In cases of persistent breastfeeding problems, I take a closer look with you, including at possible restrictions such as a tongue-tie that is too short.

Breastfeeding aids

Aids can be valuable when breastfeeding. If needed, I can guide you in the safe use of a hospital-grade breast pump and show you practical tools.

My specialization: Tongue-tie

Sometimes persistent breastfeeding problems are not just due to the breastfeeding position or milk supply; restricted tongue mobility in your baby—a so-called short tongue-tie—can be the cause. I have specialized in assessment and support in this area and work closely with experienced professionals.
